Among the 63 new martyrs are 56 professed Salesians - 22 priests, 18 Brothers, 2 subdeacons, 14 clerics - a novice, 2 aspirants, 2 male Cooperators and one female Cooperator and a lay collaborator.

On the occasion of the Beatification of the 63 Salesian Servants of God together with the non-Salesian Spanish martyrs from 22 other causes, there will be a total of 497 new Beati. The Salesain Family will see its number of Beati more than doubled and the martyrs of Madrid and Seville will join Blessed Joseph Calasanz and his 31 companions who were beatified in 2001.
